Mooigelegen is situated in the eastern Free State, approximately 14km north-east from Reitz, on a tar road towards Vrede. We are situated only two hours from Johannesburg, 4 hours from Durban and 1 hour from Clarens.

Mooigelegen is a commercial working farm with a rural uniqueness captured by true Eastern Free State sandstone buildings with waiving eastern Free State hills and a tranquility that contributes to the quite and peaceful atmosphere. Grazing sheep and cattle forms part of this wonderful experience.

Mooigelegen caters for weddings and corporate functions with facilities up to 350 guests seated. We cater for small functions, as little as 50 guests, as well.

Catering are provided with three course meals, with self combined menu. A cash bar is also available with a big variety of beverages.
